Seafood boiling recommendations:

  1. Put seafood in plenty of salty water boiling.
  2. Salt ratio should be 30 grams per liter of water (a level spoonful of salt equals to some 15 grams).
  3. Boiling time should be measured since water starts boiling again, after seafood is put in it.
  4. Spider crab, Brown Crab, and Velvet Crab should be put in cold water when alive.
